Section 90 Disposition versions

90. Permits shall be issued for the following purposes:

(a)  to embalm bodies or practise thanatopraxy;

(b)  to act as a funeral director;

(c)  to operate a laboratory; or

(d)  to operate an ambulance service.

Several permits may be issued to the same person for different purposes.
